The New York Times Nate Cohn analyzed recent polls by ABC and CBS and concluded that Republicans are gaining ground ahead of the midterm elections.
Cohn noted how while Republicans and Democrats each hold advantages on certain issues, voters seem to be prioritizing issues favoring Republicans. Specifically, the jobs, inflation, immigration and crime.
The analysis also highlighted a potential Republican turnout advantage that could significantly impact the results of the election.
Even with the Dobbs ruling and the January 6th hearings, Republican candidates stay in the lead, highlighting American’s concerns in real issues affecting them and the country, instead of Democrat-pushed agendas.
